Do you want to contribute to an organization where people can live their lives on their own terms? At Akria Personal Assistance, we work every day to create community, spread joy, and offer security – for our clients as well as for our employees. We are now looking for you to become our new payroll administrator and an important part of our administrative team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process – from collecting and ensuring the quality of payroll data to handling absence, vacation, certificates, and contacts with authorities. You will work closely with our project managers and other colleagues and be the one who answers payroll-related questions within the organization.

We are looking for someone with experience in payroll administration, who is meticulous and organized, and who enjoys working independently. You have a good understanding of applicable laws and collective agreements, and you like to provide service and support to others. Experience working with Crona Lön is an advantage, as it is the system we use today.
